Part of the "Suite Integral para dos pianos", written by the Álava-born composer for the Ross-Kotetishvili Duo. The piece travels through different musical atmospheres in its four parts. Each one takes us to a new and unexpected expressive contrast. The first part is developed through a dissonant interval marking the unreal and fantastic character of a possible oneiric world. The second part is supported by its own mobility with small modulating melodic motifs that strengthen the encouraging energy of this work. From the introduction to the third part, the composer presents highly contrastive sound structures representing the different states of mind sailed by the piece. Some are moving opposite stages, and others are wide and stabilising harmonies. The Finale of the last part sums up the whole suite musical plot, where the echoes of previous parts rest and dissolve.
